Typhoon Maring & Habagat struck on August 21, 2013. Victims of this natural disaster were selected parts of Metro Manila and its surrounding provinces. As part of our relief efforts, cash and in-kind donations were received from STV and SEC employees, KLG and Meyerf.
A total of 1,982 relief bags were made, from an initial target of 950, were turned over to PCSO-Main. A relief bag contained:
- Rice
- Instant noodles
- Water
- Canned goods
- Medicines
- A total of 34 boxes (956 loaves) of Gardenia bread were also turned over to PCSO – Rizal Chapter.
- Partner organization for the turnover was the Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office (PCSO), Main and Rizal Chapter.
